Indicators of Self-Authorship
in Highly Successful Women in Technology and Science Careers: A Pilot Study
Purpose: The purpose of this project is to design and pilot-test an instrument
assessing self-authorship in successful women pursuing careers in technology
and science. A questionnaire will be developed based on key categories that
emerge from interview data. The instrument will be analyzed for both validity
and reliability. The completed instrument will be proposed for use to assess
self-authorship in a larger national sample of women in technology and science
careers. Five women who are successful in information technology careers will
be asked to participate in the interviews.

Parent Education Website
Development: A Community Collaborative Research Project
Purpose: The purpose of this project is to design and pilot-test a website delivering
